No. Infact put nicely, I refuse. I either get the creative freedom to be your strategist to take you to your next level in business growth or I’m simply not interested. If you like your existing design that much please just go back to your original designer and either pay them what you owe them (yes, unfortunately this is a thing and needs to be said) or pay for a migration and possibly an additional redesign fee to keep your website as is under new hosting if hosting charges are flying through the roof and you want to switch to a more cost effective solution that you’ve seen advertising for but in no circumstance will I take someone else’s design and duplicate it to a T, and anyone that is willing to do this isn’t even someone you should be dealing with because they’ve failed to understand ethics in business. Creative commons laws exist, and rule number 1 of creatives is you dont touch or recreate someone else’s work without their okay.

Simply put, instead of just giving you something that’s cookie cutter. I dive in deep to what it is you are doing and offering to create all the elements of your full brand in a big picture kind of way. That’s worth way more than $200 of my time given the amount of hours I put into strategy alone for my clients, and given the revenue you should be making if you are booking appointments, and focusing in on building a growing business over time.

In RARE cases - I can work on very quick projects that can be developed out more over time just to get you up and going in the event of an emergency situation (It happens)... My drop everything now in the words of Taylor Swift fees start at $300 hourly and are based on availability. Please note I NEVER work on Sundays, and I DO NOT under any circumstance work Good Friday (and work a very limited schedule during Holy Week), Thanksgiving weekend, or December 21st - 26th. Dec 31st (I’m definitely not working after 6pm if I do at all) and January 1st is a maybe if it’s an ongoing project. Please don’t come in Dec 22nd and expect a website done by the 1st or 2nd - it’s NOT going to happen and if it does, it’ll be on my terms. This is the 1 time of the year I take to myself and my family. Be respectful of it cause I’m 99.9% sure you’re doing the same thing in your own way.

If you’re sending me something last minute because you didn’t plan, I’m NOT xing out my plans, or ignoring my family to prioritize something that should have been ready to go 2 weeks before (on average) the date you’re trying to get me to put it all together. That’s NOT how I work.

Paying your invoice in full books you out on the next available spot on my calendar. This is very rarely in the next day or even a week and you’ll be notified via both your scope ahead of payment as well as email what this date is once you’ve paid your invoice in full as it’s often days later when many pay their invoices and I work on a first to sign and pay, first to serve basis booked out exclusively for that time. Please remember - when it comes to “your dedicated design time” I also take typically about 3-5 days to create a full strategy, download any graphics I may need to upload into your site, and or collect or design any additional material plus perform initial keyword research and competitor analysis. If this is something you have a problem with, or you begin pushing or worse - get rude, disrespectful or even verbally abusive with me - I will NOT tolerate it, will terminate services with you, and WILL NOT refund you. (Unfortunately it needs to be said and I’m done putting up with it from anyone).

Absolutely Not. Please Note. I am bookable by the hour. Every hour of my time you take up is billable whether you want to agree to that or not. These are my terms of business. Every minute, hour, and day is billable. I do not do business on “trust”. You’re either willing to put in the investment in money and the time it takes to send me the items I need to assist you before the design process even starts or this isn’t going to be a good fit and I wish you the best of luck.

Simply put that answer is NO! If I’m in Dm’s, SMS, and the phone all day every day I’m not in the work. Additionally this allows too much room for scope creeping.

I DO Manage and Design on Wordpress websites however, it’s a very rare day when I’m ever asked to. These websites however, must use either the Divi theme builder or Elementor Pro in order for me to say yes to taking on these websites for design, rebrands or even management. I’m honest about my capailities and this is me being honest.
